    Ministry Leader Cohorts

    A women's ministry cohort provides a dedicated space for female leaders in ministry to come together, share experiences, and support one another in a way that acknowledges their value and unique perspectives and challenges. We want to create an environment where leaders can feel heard and supported as they follow Christ and direct others to Him. We focus on topics relevant to women in ministry and caring for women for whom we serve.

    The cohort is a one-year commitment focused on continued equipping and encouragement of those called into ministry service. These cohorts are composed of 10 to 15 like-minded women with a seasoned ministry leader who serves as the cohort leader.
